About Eric Vaughn

As a Support Technician at Urban FT, I leverage my IT skills and certifications to provide remote Level 3 support for deposit capture products. I also contribute to and maintain a centralized internal knowledge base, which has reduced ticket resolution time and improved cross-functional team collaboration. I currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University and have completed an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Century College. In addition, I am CompTIA Network+ and A+ Certified. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems. I am currently pursuing my CompTIA Security+ certification to further enhance my IT skills. My goal is to continue growing as an IT professional and contributing to the success of Urban FT and its customers.
