About Eric Vegoe

I have worked at the University of Minnesota since 2002 and transitioned to a postion as a business analyst under the Office of the Vice President for Research during the fall 2013. My focus right now is working with a vendor to implement a web enterprise application for the University's research community. I'm actively working on functional designs, use case scenarios, and test case scenarios. While working for the Human Research Protection Program, I focused my work on project management teams for web enterprise applications and crafting department and college communication plans. I also maintained and created content for departmental websites and conducted SQL queries to analyze data and develop actionable process improvement. While the University of Minnesota is where I’m focused, I've also worked part-time for 2nd Swing Golf doing SEO and SMO work for their growing business, I've been involved coaching St. Paul Academy's varsity football and hockey teams, and I’ve taken a handful of business classes at the University’s Carlson School of Management. Keeping up my writing skills has also been a priority for me as I've written for GopherPuckLive.com and HockeysFuture.com over the past few years. The experiences writing on deadline has been valuable in my other professional pursuits.
