About Eric Vick

I began my career in residential construction in 1985. Through the years I have garnered experience in decorative concrete, fine finishing and masonry. My primary focus, however; has been in the fields of design consultant, project planning, finish carpentry and antique restoration. I began performing at management level in 1997 and have overseen construction on numerous multi-million dollar residential and small commercial projects. Along my career path I have had the opportunity to work for many notable and famous individuals who placed their trust in me for adding the fine details to their residential properties. I have also enjoyed great success in sales, both inside and outside. I have several year's experience in account management and business development. I have a proven track record of success in these fields as is demonstrated by my being awarded "Best Service Individual" by the Wood River Chamber of commerce and my stellar record of business development growth. Also, as an inside sales associate, my merchandising skills garnered accolades. I consult with real estate developers and investors, offering advice and insight on structural integrity and practical, cost-effective strategies for remodels and "flipping".
