In charge to setting up the compliance program to be in line with local regulation and Client standards. Conduct external audit (subcontractors) to control the compliance system to ensure the level of health, safety and environment in factories Review and support subcontractors to make corrective action plan Conduct the safety audit through-out the site and set up corrective action and monitor the improvement. Play a role as the single point of contact for manufacturing safety concerns. Take part of Emergency Response Team in which take lead in Safety practice. Ensure the operation of all disciplines related to Industrial Hygiene, Environment, Ergonomic and Occupational Health through-out the organization. Carried out the special project related to Compliance function of Client (HER project, SPACE, Workers survey, Higg Index…) Make policies and procedures to comply with the law and buyer standards. Supervise all operation related to HSE as procedure set up. Conduct risk assessment to prioritize the key program for implementation such as fire safety, construction safety, machine guarding, chemical…. Establish the safety training materials based on Client standards and delivery training for Management and employees. Monitoring the safety performance of each plant to ensure all safety improvement must be followed and completed on time. Submit safety monthly report to Regional Safety Director based in Korea. In charge of delivery of yearly report to local authority related to Safety performance of the company. Conduct the annual training/orientation training for workers about the law, regulation and buyer standards. Update new standard, local law and come up with Nike CLSs.
