I hold a BBA in International Business Management from BINUS University, where I was awarded scholarships and mentored other students. I also completed a Digital Transformation course from Coursera and an Export/Import certification from Indonesia Export Training Center. I am currently the Head of International Business (Founding Member) at Second Talent, a platform that connects global talent with remote opportunities. At Second Talent, I am responsible for developing and executing the international expansion strategy, building and leading a cross-functional team, and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders in different regions. Previously, I was the International Business Manager at Glints, where I led a team of 11 business associates to penetrate the EMEA and APAC markets, achieving an upward sales trajectory. I have strong skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making, which enable me to identify and seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and optimize performance. I am passionate about connecting people with their dream jobs, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and creating a positive impact in the world. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have lived, studied, and worked in different countries, and speak multiple languages.
