Nach dem Abschluss meines Bachelorstudiums in Biologie, entschied ich mich für ein spezialisierendes Masterstudium in Umweltwissenschaften, das ich im Juni 2022 erfolgreich abschloss. Währenddessen arbeitete ich bei Boehringer Ingelheim in der Gruppe für Umweltschutz. Hier erstellte ich eigenverantwortlich Aufklärungspräsentationen über umweltrelevante Themen und bekam erste Einblicke in die Behördenarbeit eines großen Industrieunternehmens bzgl. AwSV und Abfallentsorgung. Später untersuchte ich als Masterand bei Boehringer Ingelheim industrielle Maschinengeschirrspülmittel auf deren Umweltverträglichkeit, um das Unternehmen diesbezüglich beraten zu können. Nun bin ich Klimaschutzmanager der Verbandsgemeinde Rhein-Nahe und für die Erstellung eines Klimaschutzkonzeptes verantwortlich.
