About Eric Weishaar

Over 20 years, my career has consistently been focused around human interaction and communication. Whether it be coaching swimmers, serving food and drinks, service writing with Harley Davidson, hotel concierge, or teaching leadership classes to high school students. I have evolved in constant coordination with consumers, customers, and guests focusing on understanding their needs. Three years as a 911 dispatcher and two years as a police officer complemented my customer satisfaction experience with first hand work with complaints and disputes of a life threatening nature. This too evolved my understanding of how to manage myself and situations considered high stress. I consider myself highly self motivated and spend a great deal of my free time on woodworking projects as small as tables and as large as houses. I used this experience in construction where I worked as a Laborer for RHD Enterprises on carpentry, masonry, concrete, and drywall. Since 2003 I have participated as a volunteer with outdoor Summer leadership programs working with high school students every summer. I have the opportunity to plan, write, and implement curriculum based around leadership, community involvement, and group dynamics.
