About Eric Williams

I’m a Facility Manager overseeing 16 early childhood education sites across North County San Diego, leading a team of skilled technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments for children and staff. With over 20 years of experience—both in the U.S. Marine Corps and in civilian leadership—my approach blends operational discipline with a deep understanding of human behavior and workplace dynamics. With a master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I specialize in aligning facility operations with organizational goals, using data-driven strategies to boost team performance, safety, and service quality. My leadership style is hands-on, solutions-focused, and built around trust, accountability, and collaboration. I’m passionate about building systems that work, empowering teams, and creating environments where both people and programs thrive.
