As a senior operations leader, I led the development of a 1200 person, multi-state military petroleum organization. During that same time period, I led the development of our primary drive-through testing site in response to the pandemic. Over my career, I've been responsible for leading, creating and developing strategic deployment systems, global leader development training systems, and front-line junior leader training programs.
