I am a talented and versatile substance abuse and mental health professional with extensive experience leading teams, overseeing programs and operations, and driving client success in collaboration with multi-disciplinary colleagues and external stakeholders. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for building organizational reach and awareness through adept outreach efforts, as well as for mobilizing quality performance from personnel. Currently, I am Director of Operations for Allendale Treatment. Under my leadership, our 27-bed center runs efficiently, delivering high-quality and safe services to clients in need of detox and/or residential mental health treatment. I oversee daily operations, budget and personnel scheduling management, policy and regulatory compliance, and staff and client education programs. Additionally, I am a Co-Founder of the Treasure Coast Substance Awareness Coalition. In that role, I evaluate individuals’ needs and customize solutions for those suffering from SAS. I also educate local communities on SAS, recovery, and treatment to mitigate future risk.
