I have been fortunate to gain various experiences in Microsoft Office, event planning. Well, at least that's what the auto-made summary LinkedIn created for me says. As much as that encapsulates the work and volunteer experience listed on my profile, that doesn't show all of who I truly am. For example, it doesn't encapsulate my fiery passion for all things sports-related or how I'm the one among my friends and family that yells at the TV consistently throughout the game. Nor does it show that at some point I've played virtually every sport you can think of (yes I was THAT kid) and if we ever meet and you see how tall I am, to pre-empt the inevitable question - yes I do indeed play basketball, these long legs are not going to waste! That auto-made summary also doesn't show my intense love of music (any genre goes!) and how big of a role music has played in my life. It began at a very young age with choir at school, I learned a few musical instruments on the way and performed (dare I say starred) in several musical theatre productions. In addition, music speaks to me and affects me in a way nothing else does.
