I started at AT & T as a Asset Management developer and tester. Spending the first 10 years of my career work within a tool called AssetCenter and its workflow engine, writing VB apps and using SQL to connect to the database. After that I spent the next 5 years continuing to work in the Asset Management process, this time on a tool called CATS. I migrated into more of a leadership role at AT & T where I started working as a Scrum Master for multiple internal applications - TONGO/Element, OWP, DoRight, Webphone Mobile, TDP LCDB, HR OneStop, and BCPR. Here I used a variety of tools for the agile process such as Rally, Jira, Azure Dev Ops and currently using GitHub Projects to run the daily scrum calls, grooming sessions, planning session as well as the other Scrum events.
