About Erica Andersen

As an Associate Director Learning Strategist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, I am responsible for executing the Research and Development (R&D) Global Development (GD) Talent Strategy by creating and implementing GD-wide learning solutions that enable and empower employees to build and enhance their leadership, professional, and business acumen skills. I have been in this role for three years, and I leverage my Wharton Leadership and Management Certificate, my extensive experience in learning and development and instructional design to develop a learning strategy and deliver impactful and engaging learning programs. With more than 25 years of experience in the learning and development field, I have a proven track record of leading teams, influencing leadership, managing stakeholders, managing projects, and designing curricula for various clients in the lifescience and pharmaceutical industry, including Pfizer, Endo, Boehringer Ingelheim, Leo, Biogen, and Genentech. I have also developed and facilitated training and coaching programs for marketing and sales teams, focusing on sales skills, communication, and persuasion. My mission is to help organizations and individuals achieve their goals and potential through effective and innovative learning solutions. I am also passionate about yoga and meditation, and I am a certified yoga teacher and therapist.
