About Erica Carson

I spent most of my career in the business development side as a sales agent for Equifax, INC, where I served community banks and credit unions throughout Virginia. I was tasked with sales, training and community outreach. I was lucky to have gained a wealth of credit experience and quickly became adept at assisting lenders in portfolio development and management. In 2017 I was honored to accept a position with 1st Advantage FCU as a Branch Manager to open the first branch on the Southside of Hampton Roads. After only three years this branch became the top producing branch throughout the organization quarter after quarter, and even accomplished the achievement of being the highest producing branch ever!My passion for member growth and development has inspired me to seek an alternative position as s Commercial Loan Officer. I am a strong proponent of doing what is right for the member and for the organization and have found that this always ends up as a benefit for everyone.As a Commercial Loan Officer I will be covering the Southside of Hampton Roads, predominantly focused on working with all types of businesses.
