About Erica Drumheller

My current role is as a Senior Claims Specialist for Faye. We are a travel insurance start-up redefining coverage and care. My job is to help you remember your trip for the right reasons! We are doing things differently with digital claim filing and providing reimbursements via the Faye Wallet. Prior to Faye, I was introduced to Allianz as a Contractor through Randstad. For over three and a half years, I honed my skills in travel claims and became a top performer in the travel claims department. Previously, I was as an Account Manager at The Capitol Group. I managed employee enrollments, dependent changes and benefit terminations. I processed monthly premium payments to ensure correct payment and verify billing discrepancies. I have solid experience in travel claims, research, data entry and records management. I enjoy lending my bilingual abilities to help support my colleagues. I identify opportunities to provide a better customer experience and that is what makes my position a career, not a job.
