About Erica Fencil

I’m a proactive individual who loves finding ways to make a real impact. I’m at my best when I’m streamlining processes, coordinating and fine-tuning details, and helping my teams and leaders stay organized and supported. I also enjoy connecting with people and creating a sense of community across my organization. Most of all, I care about building a workplace where employees feel valued, motivated, and comfortable being their authentic selves. Beyond work, I enjoy a variety of hobbies such as gardening, hosting events, designing floral arrangements, making sourdough bread, and creating photo albums. With a keen eye for aesthetics, I love everything from decorating my home to designing cohesive branding for company communications. Movies and soundtrack music are my go-to inspirations for creativity and focus. I aspire to seek wonder and joy in everything I do!
