I'm a partner and Vice-Chair of the Artificial Intelligence Practice Group at Fisher Phillips exclusively representing employers, particularly in the hospitality, manufacturing, and tech industries. I defend employers nationwide in wage and hour class and collective actions under the FLSA and state laws, handle DOL audits, and defend discrimination, retaliation, and other claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and other federal and state laws. While AI-related litigation is still emerging, I've been preparing for it for years in my AI advising practice. I help employers evaluate AI-powered workplace software-like resume screeners, chatbot recruiters, and AI Notetakers-for compliance risks and practical challenges. I've guided companies through vendor selection and negotiations, bias audits, and policy development (including for the AI software your employees are secretly using). Beyond the office, I'm passionate about making emerging tech and its intersection with employment laws accessible. I speak regularly at industry and professional conferences and private client events, and apparently well enough that people keep telling me I should be on stage.
