About Erica Hardesty

I'm in the business of crafting and documenting experiences. My approach is to create and capture powerful and authentic moments. These moments can be perfect. Work related experience includes event sales, management, hospitality operations, food & beverage as well as event design. I've also served the public as a bank teller, baker, grill cook, voice-over writer (and talent), collection agent, nightclub doorman, and bartender—all of which directly inform my work. Occasionally unorthodox but always responsive, I try to exceed the practical goals of my clients and collaborators. I'm always open to new projects, ideas and recipes, so don't hesitate to say hello. Specialties: SKILLS • Highly developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with customer inquiries. • Effectively handles tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and detail oriented skills. • Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply knowledge rapidly. • Able to work independently with emphasis on team contribution.
