About Erica Mitchell

Erica is a local real estate broker, providing excellence in service to both Buyers and Sellers throughout the greater Chicagoland area. Originally a native of Florida’s Tampa Bay Area, Erica’s frequent visits to Chicago led to a love affair with the city and her eventual relocation in 2018. She grew up in a family of Realtors, general contractors, and interior designers, and worked in her family’s construction business throughout high school and college. It was there, in custom single-family home construction, that she gained an entrepreneurial spirit and love for homes and exquisite architecture. Before launching into her own real estate career, Erica attended St Petersburg college where she studied nursing. She is a registered nurse, holding an active license in both Florida and Illinois, specializing in CVICU and PACU. The skill sets she fine-tuned to excel in nursing, are the same that allow her to excel in providing clients a supreme real estate experience. Communication, attention to detail, honesty, and compassion are what we can all expect when working with Erica. Erica currently resides in Chicago’s Lakeview, where she loves living! She is an avid foodie who enjoys craft cocktails, photography, girl-time with her niece, and exploring everything Chicago has to offer with friends and family.
