Taking care of the details has always been an obsession. My husband gets on me all the time because I will always take care of 2 to 3 small things before we leave home to go out. This type of effort I found has transferred into my professional life as well. I am happiest when I know that my efforts will support the progression of another. After serving 20 years in the United States Army I realized the value of sacrifice, loyalty, dedication and most of all hard work. I remember a time when I was training in the Mojave desert and my driver and I got separated from our team. It was a dark night and we were traveling on some very rough and narrow terrain. We found ourselves lost. In that moment I could see the fear in my drivers eyes. I knew he needed support. I guided him with only a flashlight and hand signals out of that narrow valley all night until we were found the next morning. I learned a lot that night! I then had a great opportunity with the Cintas Corporation. I took on multiple roles for the company. I was the New Accounts Coordinator for the Sales team; I supported the Accounts Receivable team; but the most gratifying was providing administrative support to two General Managers from two different Cintas locations. I knew that I could be a business multiplier for them. Every task that I took off of their plate would give them more essential time to successfully run the business. It gave me great purpose to know I could provide a service that would lead to wins in our business. When I am not at work I find happiness in taking care of and spending time with family. I really enjoy making a great meal and watching my family enjoy it. I love the gym, traveling and doing activities outside on a beautiful day. In life I realize how important the small details really matter!
