About Erica Murlowski

I am a lifelong product of Catholic education—from Kindergarten through University—and I deeply believe in its lasting impact. As both a parent and an educator, I’ve seen firsthand how faith-based education helps form children not only academically, but spiritually and morally. It’s a foundation I want for my own children and one I am proud to help provide for others. In 2014, I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. My clinical experience includes in-home therapy during my practicum and nearly six years at the Minnesota Autism Center, where I practiced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children and adolescents. During my time there, I supported clinical teams through supervision, observations, and assessments. In August 2020, I became the Preschool Director at Epiphany Catholic Preschool. When I began, we had 27 enrolled students. By the fall of 2021, that number had nearly doubled to 52, leading us to open an additional classroom. Today, we serve up to 60 children in a nurturing, faith-filled environment. Our program features an integrated curriculum that blends Traditional and Montessori educational approaches, all within a Catholic framework. This allows us to meet children where they are developmentally while guiding them in faith, knowledge, and virtue. I’m especially proud that over 75% of our preschoolers continue on to Kindergarten at our school, a testament to the strength of our early childhood program. I remain committed to growing and strengthening our preschool ministry, forming young hearts and minds for Christ while preparing them for lifelong learning.
