About Erica Rowell

I am a Director at RGG Associates whose responsibilities include Assessment Centre Co-ordinator, staff recruitment and CPD. I liaise with professional bodies such as the CDI and CIPD. I also oversee the development of all resources and training programmes ensuring that they are current and fit for purpose. I am a qualified careers adviser with some 30 years experience of the profession and management roles within it. I am a qualified assessor, internal quality assurance verifier and external verifier for OCR. RGG Associates was founded by myself and my colleague Claire Grimwood in 2004. We have trained staff in a huge variety of organisations in NVQs in advice and guidance, management and the assessor award. More recently we have been involved with the development and delivery of both the Level 4 Diploma in Career Information and Advice and the Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance & Development. We develop staff throughout Yorkshire and the Humber as well as the North East and South of England in organisations such as the National Careers Service, local authorities and schools and colleges and secure establishments. since 2019 I have led RGG Associates Level 6 certificate in Careers Leadership course on behalf of the Careers and Enterprise Company. We have successfully trained over 150 Careers Leaders.
