About Erica Teo

My current portfolio is in the construction & real estate industry. With my roots in architectural consultancy, I am trained in technical knowledge in architecture. This gives me a strong base from which I build up new knowledge and gain further insights into the risk-related issues within the construction industry. Being a passionate individual that enjoys teamwork, I am given much opportunities to be involved in multi-disiplinary aspect of a megaproject programme as a Senior Manager. My current job has given me the chance & experience to understand from a risk perspective on how influences during design stage has deep influences in project budgeting, tender, construction till completion and into operations.
