About Erica Tompkins

I’ve completed my Bachelor's degree in Community and Human Services. These achievements have given me a wide range of knowledge and skills which will meet the needs to fulfill any position. While completing my studies, I worked as a Medical Secretary at Kids allainace pediatrics where I registered patients, scheduled appointments, answered telephones, and verified insurance and co payments. I continued my journey as a Patient Access Service Representative at Erie County Medical Center where I am a scheduler in a call center for a variety of ECMC's outpatient clinics including primary care and specialists. I then took another position within ECMC as the practice manger of ambulatory outpatient clinics. Where I would oversee doctor schedules and help implement the start of our new emr system.
