About Erich Amerine

Erich has been an entrepreneur since the early days of his career, co-founding multiple businesses during that time in Genesis Healthy Homes, Salinity Salt & Flotation Spa, and Emerald Collective. An innovative and employee-focused leader with a passion for improving the lives of those around him, he has developed a team of like-minded professionals who share this passion and believe in the “WHY” of each organization he leads.Following his Junior year at the University of Kansas, Erich launched his first company, Genesis Home Restorations (formerly Green Home Solutions of Kansas City), alongside his father and business partner, Terry Amerine, which would shift over the following years to focus on the connection between Indoor Air Quality and Respiratory Health. In 2017, this focus would lead the father-son team to launch their second business, Salinity Salt & Flotation Spa, which would focus on the respiratory health and general wellness benefits of Halotherapy and Sensory Deprivation Floatation Therapy. After many years of working across every aspect of these businesses (and others, both under and outside of his ownership) and developing a further passion for helping other business leaders drive their vision from idea to execution, Erich launched Emerald Consulting, a business and marketing consulting practice, that helps small business owners address weaknesses in their organization and drive sustainable growth.
