About Erich Brunner

A good place to begin is by stating I absolutely love working with others! I chose a career in serving others because I enjoy working in a team and making a positive difference in the community. In particular, I like collaborating, strategic planning and problem solving. I have an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts, Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and Masters Degree in Counselor Education. While in college, I was dedicated to my school work, graduating Cum Laude with my Bachelor's Degree. In addition to that, I was involved in many different campus committees. I helped plan school events, was treasurer of my dorm's Hall Counsel, and even founded the SUNY Fredonia German Club. I was also known for organizing and facilitating study groups. Professionally, I have a wide range of experience in the education and staffing industry. Currently, I am a Regional Recruitment Manager with Acara Solutions, in which I manage a team of 10 Recruiters and Account managers as we successfully fill job orders for our customers, all while seeking creative ways to further develop business. I love working with my team, internal staff, and customers. I always welcome what each day brings and look forward to "winning the day!"
