Sales, for me, has always been about creating value - connecting solutions with people, and helping businesses overcome real challenges. Over the years, I’ve built my career in technical and consultative sales by combining engineering knowledge with a commercial mindset, always focusing on what makes sense for the client and the long-term picture. With a strong foundation in heavy industries and international exposure across Romania, Hungary, Greece, and Poland, I’ve led successful sales initiatives, managed large-scale projects, and built long-term partnerships with key players in energy, infrastructure and shipbuilding. I enjoy the complexity of this work - negotiating contracts, aligning cross-functional teams, and shaping strategies that move both people and businesses forward. Key achievements: Exceeded revenue goals by 10%+ across multiple years. Secured and led high-value projects in energy, infrastructure and shipbuilding. Resolved a critical financial impasse by negotiating a direct-payment contract. Drove cross-border growth in Romania and neighboring markets. Introduced a client satisfaction tool to enhance service and retention. Recognized with the Best Sales Engineer in Europe award by Weir Minerals. Outside of work, I’m a firm believer in staying active and giving back. I enjoy running, cycling, and swimming. I’ve participated in several 10K and 21K races in Târgu Mureș and Budapest and aim to hit the track in different places this year. Photography and mountain hikes keep me grounded, and causes related to children’s welfare and the environment inspire me to act. From annual donations to hands-on efforts like tree planting and river clean-ups with my daughter, I find energy in contributing to a better world.
