Over the years, I have been fortunate to combine my passion for social media, gaming, journalism, public relations, and project management into an exciting career. Since graduating from Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Arts in New Media and a Minors in International Studies and Game Design & Development, I have been “on the go” for almost a decade. Truly passionate about gaming, I have carved out a niche where I can assist some of the biggest companies in the sector while promoting the latest releases. Presently, I work for two sister companies simultaneously. I’m a Public Relations Account Coordinator at TriplePoint and Customer Success Manager at Woovit. With TriplePoint, I craft messaging, process media inquiries, proactively procure opportunities, and more for the leading strategic communications agency in the video game industry. I have had the pleasure of working alongside GungHo Online Entertainment America, The Pokémon Company International, and Universal & Illumination for the theatrical release of. I focus my efforts on developing pitches for the press, securing opportunities, and promoting products to the desired audience segment. At Woovit, I help facilitate promotional opportunities between brands and video content creators in the gaming space. Because Woovit is a true startup, I am involved in many aspects of operations and often make recommendations to stakeholders. Earlier in my career, I enjoyed working with Strangely Compelling Multimedia, Inc. as a Social Media Coordinator and Localization Editor. In this role, I gained insight into aiding clients in various sectors. My work for one particular client, Arc System Works, was very impactful. For example, I accomplished a 20K increase in followers on Twitter, captured 22K likes on Facebook, and created posts that received 281K impressions. Some of my technical capabilities are my strongest. Not only have I spent years mastering many platforms, but these talents are transferable to any project or organization.
