Experienced environmental consultant with extensive knowledge of environmental investigations and remediation, primarily with the CERCLA program. Specific experience includes RI/FSs, Engineering Evaluations / Cost Analyses, and five-year reviews, munitions investigations, LTM of groundwater, surface water, soil and landfill gas; stormwater management; sewer cross connection studies; cost estimation, and regulatory interface with the EPA, state regulators, and stakeholders. I am a registered Professional Engineer in MD. I have experience mentoring and managing a multi-discipline staff, interfacing directly with clients, and managing multiple subcontractors on large projects. I was able to leverage my relationships with clients to obtain additional task orders on a USACE contract. Professional societies that I participated in include the Society of American Military Engineers and the Water Environment Federation.
