I am a dynamic and dedicated professional with extensive experience in diverse sectors, spanning over two decades.From 2003 to 2008, proudly served as a firefighter for the US military, including a noteworthy tour to Djibouti. Transitioning from this service, I assumed roles as a Safety and Security Manager for various local companies, honing my skills in risk mitigation and emergency response over the course of eleven years.In 2019, I stepped into the realm of training and development as a Training Director for a security company, where I leveraged my expertise to empower teams with essential skills for crisis management and security protocols.Since 2020, I've brought my wealth of experience to the Ecuadorian Football Federation, serving as the General Coordinator of Operations. In this multifaceted role, I oversee the seamless execution of operations across various facets of football events, as well as the administration of 2 sports resorts and 1 administrative building. Additionally, I proudly shoulder the responsibility of ensuring the safety and security of the Men's National Football Team as the Head of Security, while also serving as a CONMEBOL Security Officer (OSC) and FIFA Safety and Security Officer (FSSO), contributing to the integrity and professionalism of football competitions at the highest level. These experiences have led me to work and learn throughout Latin America, Europe, and at the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.Passionate about leveraging my diverse background to drive operational excellence and safety standards in high-stakes environments, I thrive on the challenges and opportunities that each day brings, committed to making a meaningful impact in every role I undertake.
