About Erick Estrada

As an industrial engineer specializing in manufacturing, I am passionate about improving and standardizing manufacturing processes to make people's work easier. I had the privilege of starting my working life as a production operator at the same time as I started my university career. This helped me to really understand the different manufacturing processes because I was experiencing them. In this way, I know and understand the voice of our first client: the production operators. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to create and improve manufacturing processes, always working hand in hand with lean manufacturing methodologies. The greatest achievements I have made in my career have been focused on scrap reduction and cost reduction projects, using Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC. I have been recognized for the completion of several projects.
