Erick has extensive experience in managing criminal justice, emergency management, and military and non-profit organizations and is a proven leader. He studied the criminal justice and child protection processes extensively in several countries and uses this knowledge to improve and refine his skills as criminal justice practitioner. Erick provides high-quality instruction and mentoring services to many practitioners in the military, child protection health and safety and criminal justice fields and believes quality instruction leads to quality service. He refines and updates his skills to enhance his knowledge and skills to deliver quality criminal justice and other services. He is passionate about keeping the community safe by motivating and mentoring offenders, clients and staff to achieve better outcomes and increase learning. He works collaboratively with child protection, community and criminal justice stakeholders so common goals an achieved. Erick is a competent and skilled practitioner and coordinated and managed numerous projects.
