About Erick Hage

With over five years of experience in developing and delivering engaging and effective e-learning solutions, I am currently an Operations Trainer at Network Health WI, a leading health insurance provider in Wisconsin. In this role, I design, implement, and evaluate instructor-led virtual training programs for the operations staff, covering topics such as service excellence, compliance, quality, and productivity in a wide range of Commercial and Medicare health insurance topics. I collaborate with a small Operations Training team to innovate and implement the onboarding of new employees in all areas of operations. I am passionate about adult learning and continually strive to further develop myself so that I have success in fostering an environment where participants take ownership of their own learning and are passionate to improve the performance and experience of the employees and all types of customers their work will impact. I have strong skills in instructor-led, systems and soft-skill training. I am always eager to learn innovative technologies and methods to enhance the quality and effectiveness of my delivery approaches as well as curriculum and content development. I value communication, collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to contribute to the mission and vision of Network Health WI.
