I Studied computer science and Startup ecosystems. I'm a Tech enthusiast and passionate about innovation in all the fields and I’m ready to tear down walls, build bridges, cross mountains and put fire to reach my goals. I ability to start/build teams from scratch and increase productivity. Creating a diverse team with different areas of strengths to deliver best. Vast experience managing teams and managing projects, i organize a lot of hackathons, codelabs, networkings and other tech events in Mozambique and ever attended and organized some international events such as "Africa Android Challenge". Kande organize hackathons and tech events with local and international sponsors/partners such as: Ministry of Science and Technology of Mozambique, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland (Trough Sais and Stifimo innovation programs), Google, etc. Work with different communities of developers in Mozambique, Southern Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Kande love programming, love brainstorming sessions, love developers. Kande like to hear about developers, their stories and to share them with the world.
