About Erick Moreno

I am very dedicated to the Physical Therapy Field as I was exposed to rehabilitation at an early age, allowing me to grow a passion. When I first began my working experience, I started off as a cook where I eventually was promoted to Kitchen Manager. This change in position allowed me to increase skill sets that I would imply in my future career such as time management, leadership, and planning ahead. Furthermore, working in a business that consisted of a team selling merchandise allowed me to improve my teamwork as well as promoting my communication skills. I believe all of my life experiences can be used to become a better individual that can be more versatile in this field, impacting the care i will provide. These skills mixed with my willingness to help others will push me to become the best practitioner I can be to promote my patients quality of life. In all, I believe it is important to gain skills in multiple setting as they can be implied in your treatment to make the patient feel comfortable and express any concerns they may have. This will translate to targeting the root cause of the problem and not secondary symptoms that they are experiencing.
