I am a results-oriented business development and relationship management expert with over 15 years cumulative experience in various industries ranging from ICT, Telecommunication, Insurance and Banking. I am highly skilled in negotiation, team leadership, customer relationship management, solution sales, and business development. I enjoy diverse and challenging roles that allow creativity as a central pillar in getting the job done. I am also able to give my best in a diverse team that values every member's unique contribution, while closely sharing skills and responsibilities to achieve overall organization goals and objectives. I am currently serving as Country Manager(Kenya) at Wragby Business Solutions and Technologies Ltd, where I drive Wragby's expansion plans in line with the company's strategy in Kenya and assigned territories. Previously, I have served as Commercial Manager at Simplify IT Ltd (2021-2023) where I formulated and Implemented the go to market strategy for Managed IT, Outsourced IT, Security and Cloud services. I have also served in various positions ranging from key accounts manager, national account manager and sector manager at Safaricom PLC (2011-2018), with success in collaboration with various teams and departments to roll out key products such as the United Nations Sip trunk, and managed Wi-Fi; World food program(WFP) electronic food voucher solution riding on the M-PESA platform to electronically distribute various food items for refugees in northern Kenya. In the financial year 2010/2011, I served as business sales manager at UAP Life Assurance where I doubled the group life annual revenue to Kenya shillings 400 million. I have also served as direct sales team leader at National Bank of Kenya(2008/2009). I hold a bachelor of commerce degree in marketing from the University of Nairobi, and presently pursuing a master of arts in development studies from the same university. My key achievements include; • Formulating from scratch, implementing and driving Wragby's market entry and expansion plans in line with the company's strategy for Kenya and East Africa (2024 to date). • Formulating and Implementing the go to market strategy for Cloud Services, Managed IT and Security at Simplify IT Solutions Ltd (2021-2023). • 105% achievement of new revenue target under my portfolio in the financial year 2017-2018 at Safaricom PLC. • 100% retention of baseline revenue through customer retention activities-CDI/NPS tracking in the financial year 2016-2017 at Safaricom PLC.
