About Erick Patterson

Erick grew up in the Twin Cities area where he attended Saint Thomas Military Academy. He went on to graduate from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration, while serving in the United States Navy. Erick spent the beginning of his career in the field of industrial commercial real estate before moving to the new construction side of residential development. Now the Co-Owner of P.S. Real Estate, a Minneapolis based Real Estate brokerage firm. For the past 13 years, Erick has focused solely on the urban condo & loft market, helping buyers, sellers, and renters navigate the downtown lifestyle. He has spent 12 years specializing in new construction and existing condo and loft sales, working directly with developers and consulting on all aspects of these extensive projects. Erick currently represents several condo and loft developers throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul markets, including Sherman Associates, as their broker partner for the past 12 years. He is responsible for the success of numerous projects by implementing sales and marketing strategies: from pre-construction through each project's completion and final sale. As a leading agent in the Twin Cities area, Erick helps buyers navigate current market conditions while providing the critical information each individual buyer needs to make the right decision.
