About Erick Roche

I am an experienced and dynamic commercial leader in the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience across various international markets and continents. Currently, I serve as the Commercial Lead for Teva’s North West Europe geography. Previously, I led Teva’s Russia, Eurasia & Turkey cluster from 2018 to 2024. Before that, I was the General Manager of Teva Laboratories France, and the General Director of Biogaran/ Servier, a leading French pharmaceutical company. In addition to my leadership roles, I have experience leading Gemme (the French generic industry trade association) and serving as a board member of Leem (the French pharma trade association). My career began with Apotex Inc. in Toronto Canada, where I had international responsibility for business development. I am passionate about employee engagement, customer-centricity, and building high-performing teams. Only strong teams enable an organization to achieve its objectives, and communication keeps us committed to our common Pivot to Growth strategy. Leaders have a key role in communication but communication it’s also about listening as this Persian’s quote says: “Those who speaks plant the seeds, and those who listen reap the crops”. I am now leveraging my deep experience to help drive Teva’s commercial ambitions in the competitive European region. Married with three sons, French and Canadian, I currently reside in France. In my spare time, I indulge my passion for arts, prehistoric cave art and participate in mountain racing.
