Here are a few facts about my career path so far: 1. Currently, I work as Business Intelligence Analyst at People Corporation (Centre of Excellence), where I combine two of my passions: Data and Finance. I grew up in São Paulo, Brazil, and earned my Business Bachelor's degree (BBA) from FGV-EAESP in 2005. I also obtained my Diploma at USP (FIA Business School) as a Financial Market Trader. Before relocating to Canada in 2015, I created three digital businesses and was one of the pioneers in the Brazilian eCommerce Marketplace, collaborating with some of the largest stakeholders in the country (Walmart, Mercado Livre, Grupo B2W, Nova.com). Financial Literacy is my mission: I achieved my Masters in Financial Planning and am currently pursuing a certification as a Financial Advisor in British Columbia. Investing holds a significant portion of my weekly routine, serving both as a professional pursuit and in my role as an individual investor. I'm addicted to Data and Tech. I love being around IT friends and coworkers and try, as much as I can, to implement new ways of conducting business with the help of online tools. During 2020 (a tough year!), I co-founded a Startup that connects expatriates living abroad. FUN FACT: I represented Brazil as the National Curling Team in the 2018 World Championship in Kelowna, BC. I am competitive, and sports have been and will always be a significant part of my life!
