Erick Wicklund has a Masters in Information Technology from UoPX with over 25 years of experience in pre-sales for security infrastructure, telecom and storage. As a consultant, he works closely with his clients to assist in all their technology needs. He is a strong believer in using the power of technology and education to enhance the experience and end results for his clients and their clients. His accomplishments range from saving a client over 2.2 million dollars with improved storage and backups to reducing a client’s digital footprint from 146 servers down to 40. His technical acumen is unparalleled. There is no challenge too big or too small for Erick. He is always brainstorming the best technological solutions for his clients. There is more to Erick than his life as a technical wizard. He has an incredible sense of humor and is an amazing chef. He was in the Navy for 8 years but had to leave the service after becoming disabled. However, like he does as a consultant, he turned lemons into lemonade. He used his military benefit to pay for his education, which includes a Culinary Arts degree in addition to his Masters in Information Technology. Erick is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys beekeeping and making maple syrup. Even when he is not working for his clients, he is still working hard. The difference is he can have his hands either in the dirt or on the keyboard and he is still knocking it out of the park.
