During my career, I have served in multiple roles, such as BCBA Senior Consultant, School Counselor, Special Education Aide, and Career Services Advisor. Currently, I am a Program Specialist for the Cajon Valley Union School District. These roles played a vital part in honing my skills in leading projects, crafting and delivering professional development sessions, and working within systems to advocate for all stakeholders. I am a passionate leader and enthusiastic learner with a focus on learning with those I serve. My achievements at a glance: Led the development of a comprehensive Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum for TK to 12th grade. Created an innovative online curriculum to bridge communication gaps between service providers and families, emphasizing shared language and cultural responsiveness. Developed and implemented holistic programming for students, focusing on various domains to ensure comprehensive growth. Leveraged Central Reach Software to streamline workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity. Partnered with neighborhood associations for restorative justice programs, including peace circles and peer juries.
