As a Crewing Assistant at Intership Crew Philippines, Inc, I secure and update all the documents of our seafarers, ensuring that they are travel ready for the crew change. I also remind them of the trainings that are required to take, and keep and organize their records and certificates. I enjoy working in the maritime industry, as it allows me to apply my administrative and interpersonal skills, and to support the safety and welfare of our crews. I have a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where I learned the fundamentals of the travel and tourism sector. I also have a year of experience as a Travel Consultant at Goldlink Travel & Tours, where I catered to both international and domestic flights, visas, and tours for various clients. I attended multiple seminars and trainings to enhance my knowledge and skills in this industry. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and other document platforms, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
