This initial review included the confirmation of our ability to meet the specified quality requirements. Purchase orders (contracts) were reviewed for configuration management, applicable quality clauses and first article qualification and requalification. The output for this review process was measure on the release of orders for manufacturing. Customer Service Representative - Performed data entry upon receipt of orders from customer. This primarily consisted in creating the Sales Order demand within the ERP system. Within this function, I served as primary point of contact to service the assigned customer base. The process output for this function was primarily the on-time delivery performance with those customers. Being the primary point of contact included the responsibility to monitor the flow of production orders to identify – in a timely manner – production flowing slow or at risk for being late. I would facilitate the logistics necessary within the processes of the manufacturing cycle to minimize impact and/or prevent late deliveries. Order Entry - Processor - Performed data entry onto ERP system from designated Customer purchase orders. This process involved the review of the purchase order to ensure the minimum requirements for purchasing were in accordance with company policies. Orders were review for completeness and acceptance or rejection/hold until the minimum order requirements were met. Engineering Assistant -Primary function to generate daily performance reports on productivity and efficiency of shop floor operations. Responsibilities included the planning for significant preventive maintenance for critical equipment.
