I have over 25 years experienced leading and working with team of various, mostly, young people (17 to 35 years) from a diverse context of Churches (full time and volunteer) and Christian NGO with different culture background and people from many different nations. I'm huge believer of the Bible and it's power to transform nations. I believe that when groups of people decides to apply the biblical principles in their daily life, transformation shall occurs. Helping people to achieve their maximum potential is an absolute privilege and joy for me. Analyzing data and using it to make strategic decision making, in short term and in long term for the team is one of my key strength. I also believe that a good mental health and a balance of work and life is the foundation of great performance at work.
