About Eriika Autio

I am a sourcing professional who surfs the networks smoothly. I have nearly 20 years of experience and both extensive and in-depth expertise in public procurement, in the roles of lawyer, procurement manager and procurement director.I am a positive, active and open-minded team player and process developer. The terms of the legislation, the boundaries of the playing field are clear to me and on the field of play, I am good at finding creative solutions to different challenges. I am at my best in a work community where we get to work together to create something new. If necessary, we will make the processes more efficient, better together. I greatly appreciate the good team spirit of the work community and the good humor - we have to have fun at work. As a leader, lawyer and expert, I am dependable and strongly solution-oriented. As a manager, I appreciate the coaching touch - I want to trust people and their ability to find the best solutions - and at the same time, I think it is important that I am still available and providing support when needed. I feel at home in constant change, and I have solid experience in change management. I like working with people and I am an excellent networker.
