Throughout my diverse background of skills and experience I have developed a unique versatile skillset which makes me adaptable and useful for any situation. I am able to learn new things quickly, picking up details and building clarity around my work, while at the same time not being afraid to ask for more information when needed. I have dealt with many recurring clients and contacts which necessitated thoroughness and accountability; follow through on tasks so that they are not just seen to “completion”, but done in the manner they need to be. When I say something I do it and when things fail, I communicate efficiently with a plan and work towards resolution. While managing my team of technicians, issues were resolved in a similar fashion and I am quick to engage in coaching and conversations with both sides when needed. While implementing multiple CRM/CMS platforms and managing both client and vendor accounts I have been a facilitator, organizer, project manager, and more. During projects like these I excel at expedition and optimization. Supporting complex technical teams through their daily workflow or larger projects requires efficiency. I always seek to overcome needless waste or delays in processes, and am constantly seeking to fine tune them to the best form they can be. Focusing on efficiency around my tasks, I have created processes to systematize things like purchasing, time tracking and data hierarchy. This has made me proficient in inspection and comparison while prioritizing the necessary. In challenging situations with others I am known for being a calm voice and a level head to diffuse emotions. I am able to adapt my work style to fit within a team and understand what others want out of conversations naturally. when managing vendor and client contracts I dealt with many such conflicts, mitigating damage and bringing about compromise.
