About Erik Bollinger

I'm a talented full stack developer and architect who can work efficiently across the entire Microsoft stack. I'm most comfortable working in C# on server side code and SQL Server. I've found that writing code using good design principles pays for itself in time and aggravation tenfold. This was true for the 10+ years I spent as a hobbyist developer and more so when I transitioned to a professional developer. While clean code is crucial to long term success, what I'm most proud of is my lifelong ability to exceed expectations. Throughout my life I've been consistently recognized for my positive impact on teams, strong work ethic, and my ability to do critical work in a timely manner. As a student athlete I've received leadership awards. In the Marine Corps I received a medal for improving maintenance procedures and policies. In academic settings I was consistently at the top of my class, and a desired teammate for group projects. In technical jobs I've been recognized by peers as a technical leader and mentor. My current position allows me to work 100% from home which is very important to me.
