My career journey has taken me from retail to commercial fishing in Alaska to social work in youth corrections, and ultimately into 17+ years of leadership in the music and media industry. Each step shaped the values I bring to work each day: honor, reliability, adaptability, and collaboration. At Loop Media, I’ve helped scale a startup with 300 clients into a public company with users. Along the way, I’ve designed customer success strategies, launched products and new SaaS platforms, implemented new revenue models that outperformed subscriptions by 10x and delivered board-level presentations that influenced growth and trust strategies.
