I have an extensive and varied IT background including help desk, programming, QA, business analyst, production on-call support, scheduling, Intranet support, Voice of Customer (Verint OpinionLab), and web analytics (Webtrends architect/admin/support/tagging and Adobe Analytics (previously called SuperStats.com, MyComputer.com, Omniture, SiteCatalyst) tagging). Over my career I have built up excellent testing, validating, and troubleshooting skills. I enjoy making enhancements to systems through scripting, automation, and scheduling. Specialties: Skilled at scripting and automating systems using various languages (DOS batch, Winbatch, VB6, VBS, REXX, VX-REXX, Kornshell, Perl, Python, etc.). Experienced with enterprise-level complex scheduling (namely Tivoli Workload Scheduler), Regular Expressions, and web technologies including HTML, all major browsers, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP, PHP, and mySQL. Web analytics experience includes Webtrends 8.5/8.7d/9.2x (both On Demand (Saas) and On Premises (distributed architecture)), Google Analytics, Google Universal Analytics, Adobe Analytics 15, Adobe DTM (Dynamic Tag Management), Adobe Launch (Adobe's new tag manager), Adobe Mobile Services, and Adobe Target.
