About Erik Dasselaar

My purpose is the development of authentic leadership and talent. I am inspirerend by 'Talentmanagement & Employee Wellbeing', and developed several concepts, platforms and trainings in that area. During my career, I became specialised in transformations on both the human and organisational level. Talents are the keys in every aspect of culture, change and success! I always start developing an inspiring vision, setting clear goals to reach, motivating people by storytelling and strong engagement. I am empathic in relations, firm and focussed on results, open and creative in finding original solutions, using humour to brake the ice, and creating fun in collaboration on every level. Bilingual in Dutch & French, raising my children in that way, and fluent in German & English as well. I love the power of language, literature, art and theatre, to open up connections and other ideas. I enjoy endurance sports like running & speed cycling and just being Outdoor.
